This company are a construction consultancy who have established a great reputation and name for themselves in various sectors of construction, which has led to high growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team to implement their experience in a challenging and fast paced environment and bring their knowledge and expertise to the company.In this role you will have a varied job role, working on multiple projects at one time. The projects vary in size and scale. You will liaise with the other Architectural Technicians and report to the Lead Architectural Technologist. You will be using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit, so must have experience working with these software systems. You will prepare architectural drawings and 3D visualisations for clients to illustrate schemes of various nature. You will attend client meetings and liaise with contractors, providing technical advice when required.This varied yet interesting role would therefore ideally suit someone with experience working as an Architectural Technician who has a background in a consultancy, although this is not essential. The ideal candidate will have experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a rapidly expanding but well-established company where you can receive great progression opportunities, working on exciting projects.
