Fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and well renowned Managed Service Provider (MSP) on an 11 Month fixed term basis in a highly varied and technical role.

This company is a well-known and respected MSP who are currently working with one of the world's leading F1 Teams. You will have the opportunity to work with this major client, expanding and upgrading their IT Department to ensure they meet the everchanging standards of the 21st century.

In this role you will act as an initial point of contact for all routine activities relating to software licensing and respond to service requests and renewal activities on behalf of the engineering IT team. You will manage recurrent software, Handle software renewals, upgrade release and key refresh schedules. You will maintain all software licensing documentation and assist in the development and dissemination of software information for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be ITIL certified and have experience of Database or records management and IT service desk experience and management of SLA's. Any experience/knowledge of SAP systems, Jira and financial/budgetary experience is advantageous.

The Role:

*Act as Point of contact for all software licensing activities

*Manage recurrent software, renewals, upgrade release

*Maintain all software licensing documentation

*Based 5 days a week on client site - no remote working

The Person:

*ITIL Certified

*Experience of Database or Records Management

*Experience of an IT Service desk and management of SLA's

*Knowledge of Jira, SAP and finances/budgets is advantageous.

*Must be commutable to Northampton
