SALESFORCE B2C COMMERCE CLOUD ARCHITECT - COPENHAGEN, DENMARK - 6+ months A global retailer, with over 25,000 employees and 7,000 stores, is seeking a Salesforce architect with experience of personalisation to elevate it's digital sales.As an architect you will be responsible for designing and developing the client's Salesforce solution. The client is sparing no expense, so this role will give you the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, such as Salesforce Einstein Recommendations. As Personalisation Architect, you will work with stakeholders around the world to tackle both interesting and challenging problems using state-of-the-art technologies. You will evaluate the client's current tech stack and drive both the design and the implementation of the future landscape. Roles & Responsibilities:Design and drive implementation of solutions that deliver personalised experiences in different channels, e.g. ecom, physical stores, email, etc.Partner with stakeholders to identify consumer needs and tackle business problems related to product recommendations Work on end-to-end analytical products and recommendation engines, from exploration and prototyping to testing and productionising Participate in Scrum team and work in an agile manner applying principles from DevOps Your Experience: Good understanding of customer domain model with a 360 degree view that can drive personalisationArchitectural experience of bringing systems together over service and event driven architectureHands on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Good knowledge of recommendation engines, e.g. Commerce Cloud Einstein, KIBO Monetate, Google recommendation AI, or othersMore than 5 years of experience as a Solution/System ArchitectExperience within big data application and cloud computing, e.g. Azure, AWSWorked in a Scrum team and Agile setup Result-driven and action-oriented individual.
