HR Change & Adoption LeadLocation: Remote working/occasional travel to LondonContract: 6 months + extension likelyPay: up to £800/d (Inside IR35 - via Umbrella only) We are in the process of undergoing a HR Transformation in a number of areas. This includes strategy shaping, Service delivery, Organisational Design, Service Centre, Location Strategy, Process Reengineering and technology consolidation. The Technology of choice is Workday. This workstream within the wider programme will involve implementation of core HCM data supplemented by a number of modules covering the Hire to Retire processes. Role OverviewReporting to the Programme Director, the Change & Adoption Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the Workday Workstream meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This includes focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. A key responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. Additionally, and of key importance is that as the HR operating model changes for some Divisions Employees are clearly aware of the new opportunities that brings and the new improved services HR will be bringing. The Change & Adoption Workstream Lead will be working with teams to ensure plans are in place and implemented effectively to successfully transition. This includes responsibility for the end-to-end change management approach and delivery, and line-manages the Change Manager network. Responsibilities'Sizes' the change challenge to inform scale and depth of the change work neededSets the change management (CM) direction for the programmeAligns the transition planning and change management to ensure a consistent experience from all perspectivesOversees the stakeholder engagement approach, working collaboratively with wider HR and communications functionsEducates programme leadership, workstream leads, execs & Divisions in the change management aspects of their role Adoption planning responsibilities;Works directly with each impacted team to help them develop their individual transition plan. Provides coaching and planning support.Communicates the programme milestone plan to the Divisions and ensures that each individual plan aligns to thatMaintains an overall summary plan showing the combined picture across all departments and locationsProvides status updates to the programme on behalf of the Divisions, flagging risks and issues as appropriateSupports the programme leadership in the preparation of governance materialsCommunicates programme decisions and updates to Divisions and represents concerns back to the programmeLiaises with the programme hiring support team to ensure that divisional plans take account of hiring approach and challenges.Understands and takes account of wider business and communications priorities within the business in all planning Adoption support;Coaches Divisions to ensure they are considering all aspects of AdoptionActs as the key link for the Divisions into the programme, for example for feedback on programme direction and supportProvides programme support tools and guidelines for shared aspects to ensure no duplication of effort (for example in the use of common technology communication and productivity tools)Provides advice where needed on how to execute Adoption, for example in how to structure effective knowledge AdoptionProvides review and advice in the creation of tools and documentationCo-ordinates with other major projects and business units to minimise riskWorks collaboratively to ensure the programme does not undermine wider business communications and objectives Experience RequirementsHR Change Management on large-scale programmes, including HRISExperienced with liaising with senior stakeholders across the businessExperienced with coaching senior stakeholders on Adoption planning or similar transformationsFirst-rate coordination, collaboration, organization and multi-tasking skillsProgramme planning - ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and project initiativesTeam management experience Technical Knowledge and ExperienceDemonstrable track record in delivering complex HR Transformation Programmes within a variety of businesses including those deemed to be federatedChange management skills, including familiarity with change management tools & techniquesAbility to execute a HR Transformation Programme ensuring our Change and Adoption direction is actively realisedKnowledge of Technologies and Tools including HRIS (preferably Workday) DesirableAgile and Dev Ops change management experienceLeadership coaching Behavioural CompetenciesStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to adapt communication and engagement styles according to the audienceConfident in meetings with senior business representativesFocus on delivering high quality engagement and deliverables to a defined plan and ability to mentor the extended change team to deliver thisFlexible, co-operative and comfortable working with multiple different teams, ensuring that all points of view are taken into account
