This well-established UK wide building consultancy work predominantly in the education and residential sectors providing a variety of building services. They are in a period of growth and expansion with the aim to become a fully comprehensive consultancy covering all building services. Now they are looking to develop their M&E team and are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the team.

In this role you will be based from their head office with the occasional site visit. You will be responsible for the preparation of designs, specifications, calculations and tender documentation for mechanical services. Alongside this you will complete condition surveys, performance specifications and site inspections. You will also support and teach the junior members of the team.
