The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PMO Lead Analyst for a 6 Month contract based in remotely.Purpose of the Role:We are looking to recruit a Delivery Value Manager (DVM) 2.2 (PMO Lead Analyst) for the Homes and Dreams Mission working for the Transformation Lead in a specific sector of the business.The sector is part of the Resilience & Agility Community and brings together a single, end-to-end technology team to truly integrate the design and build of technology services, to power the society. Under the leadership of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the sector provides technology change and run services for the Society, supporting Missions and Communities to deliver greater value to our customers and members.The Homes and Dreams Mission consists of four value streams Home, Landlord, Investments and Protection. Each of these value streams has its own Value and Assurance (PMO) support function. This role would be to provide support across those value streams, working directly with the Transformation Lead for the Mission to help organise and support the day to day running of the the sectors arm of the Mission. As a Lead PMO you will be responsible for:Collating reports and ensuring governance across the Value Streams taking input from each of the Value stream PMO functions.Responsible for tracking the adherence of the team to various guardrails, controls and standards. Takes the lead on assurance reviews where needed.Aids the Transformation Lead in the production of a number of monthly and quarterly reports and packs covering delivery, run, funding, finance, resourcing and performance.Provides assistance in driving the governance agenda of the Technology side of the Mission ensuring that meetings, terms of reference, action tracking are in place and are running well.Supports the adoption and roll out of new ways of working, tooling and processes. Looks for efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Represents the Mission at key PMO community meetingsTracking of resourcing, people data providing key metrics from this data.Supports adhoc requests as required.What we require from the candidate:Excellent verbal, written and presentation delivery communication skills with an ability to explain decisions confidently and clearly.Experience in demand, workforce resourcing, financial and supplier management.An understanding of risk management, control standards/ guardrails within a Delivery team.Experience of working across multiple teams/ communities.The ability to prioritise workload and plan efficiently to meet quarter goals and objectives.Proficient negotiating, networking, and influencing skills.Subject matter knowledge and expertise on delivery management.Would suit someone who is very organised, analytical and comfortable with using new tools (Jira, Confluence, Thoughtspot, Qlik etc) as well as using existing tools to extract data and turn this into meaningful analysis and reporting with insight.This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business
