We are looking for a Mobile and Broadband Services Assistant to join our Provisioning Team in the Live Services Directorate of the Parliamentary Digital Service. 

Parliament is currently going through an exciting period of digital transformation to deliver excellent digital services. The Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS) works with the?House of Commons, the?House of Lords, as well as Parliament staff on their IT and digital needs. We think it's important that everyone can access and understand what's going on in Parliament. Our goal is to bring together the public, Parliament Members, and Parliamentary staff to inform, engage, support, and communicate through one, unified digital core.  

The Role 

The Mobile and Broadband Services Assistant will provide support and advice to users on mobile, broadband services and related matters.  You will be responsible for the fulfilment of requests and the handling of incidents related to the mobile and broadband services plus other related services the Team provide to Parliament.  

The role will include assisting customers, including Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords, in the setup and use of iPads, iPhones as well as carrying out similar tasks for Administration staff.  

We are looking for an individual who is familiar with mobile devices and broadband services and how they work. Someone with existing customer service experience and methodical approach to their work who can demonstrate a good eye for detail and an ability to keep accurate records.
