Business Systems Manager - Liverpool - up to £70kThis is an exciting role in an established IT Operations team. Taking responsibility for business critical systems and applications, managing a team of very technically strong IT professionals. Client DetailsThe client are a large, multinational company in the legal sector. This sits within their established IT Operations and is based in their modern, refurbished city centre office. DescriptionBusiness Systems Manager - Liverpool - up to £70kThe role will manage and develop an established business systems function supporting a line of business applications, creating data integrations and completing projects to implement, configure and customise new and existing systemsBelow are some of the key areas that this person will manage and maintain:Manage a multi-discipline established Business Systems teamDevelop workflow-based process improvements both within existing applications and via Intapp Open/Flow.Develop custom integrations, working with technology vendors to adapt and configure business processes to enable change.Work closely with our Solutions architecture and Product Management team to deliver solutionsManage a team of technical staff aligned to various business applications providing 3rd line support, administration, and project workProfileWe are looking for a great team player who combines strong technical knowledge with people management skills. Key skills/capabilities necessary for the role include:At least 5 years' experience working in an Applications Management role or equivalentStrong understanding of SQL Server technologies (T SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI)Experience of custom integrationsExperience of working with Intapp or similar business process management toolsBroad experience of working with and across Finance, CRM, HR and other back office toolsGood knowledge of ITIL framework, certification an advantageExperience working and driving Agile working practicesJob OfferThis is part of the IT leadership team and is based in their city centre office, with hybrid working available Salary offered is £60-70k Full benefits available upon request Business Systems Manager - Liverpool - up to £70k
