With the vision to enrich the lives of children within the UK.DescriptionAn exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organisation as an IT Programme Manager to oversee their IT systems. Working alongside the Head of department and business systems owners to own the systems operations, management of changes to systems and assist with the cultural change initiatives. You will develop training strategies and provide reporting of service standards. You will be responsible for working with business system owners to implement new enhancements and configuration changes. ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong business analysis skills with systems implementation experience, managed large scale projects as well as worked on operational improvement projects. Advanced skills in Microsoft office, information gathering and analysis, as well as strong relationship management skills are all essential requirements. Some experience gained within the in the healthcare sector, formal project management qualifications as well as the and the ability to grasps complex concepts and provide clear recommendations is also highly desirable.Job OfferIn return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, full training and induction programme, a generous public sector pensions package, 35 days annual leave including bank holidays - this will increase with length of service, childcare vouchers, free parking, flexible working options, on-site zumba classes, health and well-being programmes and working from home options.
