Keep reading…We're looking to build upon the existing business analysis skills of a professional, with a tailored professional training plan that includes 12 weeks of fully-funded Salesforce authorized training, to transform you into an expert Salesforce Field Service Consultant.During this time, you'll learn from expert Salesforce instructors and be given the opportunity to apply your new-found skills in real-world situations, so you can make a real difference for our client, while upskilling into a new, high-demand technology.Once trained, you'll become a Revolent Consultant and have the opportunity to work as a Salesforce FS Consultant with our client, a giant of the information technology services sector.More about Revolent programsThis Revolent careers program is a two-year journey. During it, we'll invest heavily in your training and development, all while you are paid to work with our client to build out your skills and ensure you gain that all-important commercial experience. This includes the provision of personalized career coaching and support to earn further certifications through us.After the two years with us, you'll have a number of options open to you. Continue your journey with Revolent, transfer to the client's in house team or build your own future in Salesforce using the lucrative skillset and work experience you've gained.Who we're looking for We're looking for people with a background in business analysis and experience of at least one software development cycle, in a commercial setting. Additionally, you'll have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as these are essential for this role.You'll also need some to be able to demonstrate:Experience creating user stories and process flowsExperience delivering workshops to internal and external teams (those applying for Senior BA Consultant roles are required to have ran a minimum of two workshops in their career)Some experience with service process lifecyclesPrevious experience or exposure to portal applicationsExperience working for large, enterprise-level organizationsExperience with stakeholder and change managementExperience of sprint methodology, including spring demos and closure Additional experience that is welcomed, but not essential, includes:Previous object-oriented programming experience or experience with MS tech stack (SQL, C#) would be an assetExperience working with CRMs such as SAP and Microsoft DynamicsUAT experiencePrior history of working with offshore teamsExperience in any of the following industries; Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Medical Devices, Asset Lifecycle ManagementCandidates applying for this role must be:Able to commit to a minimum of two years' working with Revolent, post-trainingLocated in UK, candidates within a commutable distance to London are preferred.
