A leading global bank in Glasgow is currently seeking several number of dedicated Business Analyst professionals to bolster it's project management capabilities. As a Business Analyst, the successful candidates will enjoy the chance to work in an extremely high calibre Digital Investing Technology Design team. Business Analysts will be responsible for working with Product owners to understand the business goals or problem to be fixed and to use standard Business Analysis tools to develop client and business focused solutions. Responsibilities include:* Identify high level requirements and then drive out/ derive detail of the lower level requirements via applicable methods (stakeholder engagement, workshops, data analysis)

* Communicating with stakeholders at various levels within both the Front Office and Infrastructure (particularly with Operations & Technology partners)

* Networking, particularly across Infrastructure areas, and negotiating the internal world of the bank

* Providing stakeholders and change teams with clear and accurate information on current and future processes, business/ system interfaces and the impact of making changes thereto

* Undertaking diagnostic work to understand specific business issues or problems in greater depth and revealing possible solutions

* Gathering information, performing analysis and defining technology requirements and business rules and designing a solution based on completed analysisAs a successful Business Analyst you will possess strong communications and stakeholder management skills, the ability to understand typical business process paradigms, process design and process mapping, design of operating models, gap and impact analysis.
