My client are a leading fashion retailer, with an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business. Client DetailsMy client are a leading fashion retailer, with big plans for growth looking for a Customer Service Advisor DescriptionProviding assistance to customers via telephone, email or web chat promptly to enhance the customer service experience.Taking ownership of customer issues and working to resolve as first point of contact.Managing and responding to customer reviews on all of our review platforms.Liaising with our distribution centre and store picking locations to ensure web orders are despatched in a timely manner.Raising investigations with our courier should there be any issues with delivery of customer orders.Reporting website issues/customer escalations to Team Leader.Contribute ideas to improve overall department performance.ProfileMust have proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment Excellent communication, team working and interpersonal skillsThe ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced environmentAdvantageous to have a passion for the fashion industry Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills.Job OfferCompetitive salaryFantastic working environment Excellent training and progression Opportunity for self development in a growing business
