Electrical Design Engineer Warrington £DoE Huxley Associates and an Engineering Innovator in Complex Machinery, Robotics & Advanced Machinery are recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer on a staff / permanent basis, owing to continued business growth & additional headcount to meet current & future project demands for 2022-24+. As the Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a multidiscipline Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team, designing (from concept), implementing & commissioning technically complex Robotics & Automated Machinery applications for Industrial, Scientific & Research Applications within the Pharmaceutical & Life-Sciences. The Electrical Design Engineer role will involve specifying equipment, production of schematic drawings, single line diagrams, panel sizing and component layouts, inspection and electrical testing of systems and assisting with commissioning. For this Electrical Design Engineer role, my client is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with the following experience: HNC / HND / Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering (or similar)Electrical design experience in the following areas: Knowledge of Electrical Controls Systems & Schematic Design (in AutoCAD Electrical or similar)Circuit breaker and Cable type sizing specificationRemote I/OServo drive systemsRobot articulated arm systems.Industrial communication networksSensorsInstrumentationSafety circuit designControl panel layouts Commissioning experience of automated systems drives and controls.Understanding of machinery regulations.Thorough understanding of BS7671 IEE 18th Edition Wiring RegsGood Knowledge of designing Safety related control systems to EN ISO 1384.Able to develop technical solutions to meet project and customer expectations.Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.Good client facing skills.
