This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading public sector division as Project Manager on a permanent basis. Client DetailsMy client is undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation. Due to this they require an experienced Project Manager to join their South Wales team. DescriptionThe successful Project Manager will be responsible for: End to end project deliveryRegular maintenance of the MS project programme and project plansEnsuring projects are delivered to within budget and on-timeIdentifying and addressing any risks relating to projectsEstablishing strong relationships with internal stakeholdersProfileThe successful Project Manager will possess: Prior experience delivering complex projects and programmes, ideally within public sectorGood knowledge of project management principlesExperience of creating and managing a variety of project management artefacts such as detailed Gantt, POAP, Level 0 plan, Milestone trackerExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience of delivering in both IT and Business Change environmentsAn understanding of cross government controls and assurance processes such as Government Digital Service, GDS spend control and service standards highly desirableJob Offer£39,000 - £42,000 basic + excellent benefits
