As the Business Systems Analyst you will be making enhancements to both new and existing systems by gathering requirements from the wider business to ensure effective change is delivered.Client DetailsA forward-thinking and innovative organisation that provides support, advice, insight and expertise that allows organisations to perform at their best.DescriptionAs the Business Systems Analyst you will be making enhancements to both old and new systems by gathering requirements from the wider business to ensure effective change is delivered.Your role is to understand and document the objectives of different areas of the business to provide efficient solutions consistent with the technical architecture. You will also be required to document user requirements, liaise with developers and technical specialists in order to specify the overall functional and non-functional requirements.

As part of your role you will be involved in the review and evaluation of development to ensure that all work conforms to best practice and agreed timescales.ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position. You must have been involved in the complete project cycle of small to medium sized projects. Experience in working with stakeholders and demonstrable outcomes of successful change. Preferably worked within an agile working environment. You will have worked collaboratively with the wider organisation to deliver IT solutions; modified and enhanced existing systems and made improvements in order to improve business efficiency and productivity.Job OfferIn return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, a generous pensions scheme, private medical insurance (cash plan), life assurance, employee assistance programme and the option of working from home 2/3 days a week.
