The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Programme Manager for a 12 Months contract based in London/Edinburgh.As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for:In partnership with stakeholders, defining appropriate objectives, structure and scope, leading the articulation of the financial business case for the Technology programme Identify and manage the governance and controls of the Technology programme and ensure that all the programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk frameworksDelivery of the project outcomes and services from the projects meets Technology programme strategic objectivesManage programme plans/controls and resource plans and status / progress reporting on plans and controlsWhat we require from the candidate:An appropriate programme management qualification and experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfullyExperience of delivering strategic programmes that support the business strategy and its growth agendaExperience of delivering programme management in a technology and IT functionEvidential and extensive experience in programme governanceExtensive experience in programme delivery, planning and controls prioritisation and programme RAID managementExperience in defining programmesEvidential and extensive experience in leadership , cost management, benefits tracking, business casemanagement, aligning strategies and life cycle managementDisplay behaviours in line with our Critical People CapabilitiesThis client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.
