FRG are supporting a leading financial institution on an current project and looking to speak with a Platform Assurance Manager Initial 6 month contract, possibility of an extension is highly likely. Paying extremely competitive rates - Inside IR35Must have GCP experience Role Expectations:The GCP Platform Assurance Manager will manage a team working as part of the Google Cloud Platform team and be responsible for making sure the platform is compliant with the client's system assurance standards and meets our committed SLA's. This will include ensuring that the Platform has a robust support model providing 24 x 7 coverage, defined SLA's, meets all Business Continuity objectives and has change management and Audit trails. Reporting to the GCP Platform lead and engaging with Google, ITID, GCP DevOps engineers, Cyber Security, GCP Product Managers and customers to ensure that we are providing a platform that is available for the customer, is compliant with the clients Security standards, Operational Risk standards and resilient to meet business needs. The GCP Platform Assurance manager will report to the GCP platform lead. Responsibilities: Designing a target state Service Assurance Architecture Designing a target state Operating model including the following. Global 24 x 7 Support model between the client and Google. Integrate the GCP Foundation Platform into the client's Incident processes Integrate the GCP Foundation Platform into the client's Problem processes Ensuring a robust Incident process between Google and the client is in place Ensuring a robust problem management
