ROLE- Junior or Senior - Optical Research and Development Engineer - Multiple positions available LOCATION- Bristol TERM- Permanent Salary - £35,000 - 60,000 + (10-20% bonus) + Shares + Private health care + Pension + discounts My client works within Engineering sector, Electronics - Optical Design The Optical Research and Development Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:Background in optical systems,aIdeally experience in DAS, DTS, DSTS, coherent comms or similarFamiliarity with digital signal processing techniques used in optical sensingExperience in Matlab, C, C++ or other high-level languageOptical fibre Fusion SplicingElectronics, assembly design and debugThe Optical Research and Development Engineer role will involve:
