Application Support Analyst London to £50k
Application Support Analyst (SQL MongoDB Python JavaScript). Opportunity for a talented Application Support Analyst to join a successful SaaS FinTech where you'll be able to progress your career and work with a range of modern tools and technologies.
As an Application Support Analyst you will be joining the company's Product team where you'll be responsible for resolving a range of technical issues for clients. On a day to day basis you'll be analysing error logs, working out why something has gone wrong and solving complex product issues. You'll be working with a range of tools and technologies including Python or JavaScript for scripting, MongoDB, SQL and Azure.
The company is based in central London however, you'll be able to work remotely 4 days a week.
Requirements:
Experience within a technical Application Support role previously
Very good knowledge of MongoDB and SQL
Ability to script in either Python or JavaScript
Ideally you'll have experience with AWS or Azure
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
