Fantastic opportunity for an IT engineer looking to fine tune their 1st line support experience across core technologies whilst working within a close knit, friendly and stable environment!
Established many years ago, our client is a leading aerospace specialist which works with the most recognised manufactures within the aeronautical space. Classified as a high security environment, this is a truly unique opportunity to be part of something very exciting!
Working within a close knit service desk team of 4, you will be responsible for providing 1st line IT support to the wider business. Core skills and technology will include - Active directory, Windows, Servers, Networking, Linux, Laptops, Desktop, Email, Outlook ITIL and more.
This is a great role for an experienced 1st line support engineer looking for gradual career progression whilst in a friendly and long term stable career environment.
The role:
* Fully onsite support
*Working within a high security engineering company (security clearance offered)
*Service Desk team of 4
* Active directory, Windows, Linux, Server, Networks, ITIL, Desktops, More
* Training and technical progression offered in core infrastructure technology
The person:
* 1st Line Support experience
* Microsoft technologies (Servers, Desktop, Windows applications)
* Ideally some Linux knowledge (Not essential)
* Ideally some network knowledge (Not essential)
* Able to undergo security clearance
*Happy to work onsite (No remote working available)
