Software Developer London / WfH to £80k

Software Developer / Engineer (Java Spring RESTful API microservices) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a technologist Software Developer with a good knowledge of Java, Spring, RESTful APIs and microservices? You could be progressing your career at an award winning FinTech that has consistently been voted as one of the UKs top employers.

As a Software Developer you'll be an instrumental part of a small Agile team that has responsibility for complex middleware systems on the core trading platform. You'll be working with modern Java in a microservices environment with SpringBoot, continually learning and picking up new skills with personalised training plans and time dedicated to attend industry conferences as well as opportunities to take project ownership.

There's currently a remote interview / onboarding process as well as work from home during the current social distancing measures with a great deal of flexibility going forwards (2 days office, flexible start times); when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace and break out areas.

Requirements:

You have strong core Java development skills

You have a good knowledge of the Spring framework, including SpringBoot for microservices

You have experience with RESTful web services, APIs

You have a genuine enthusiasm for technology and enjoy collaboratively problem solving

You're likely to have a Computer Science (or similar) degree
