This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join one of the worlds leading gaming companies in a highly technical and varied role for a 12-month fixed term contract.
This company are a household name, instantly and globally recognised within the gaming community. Due to increasing demand and exponential growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to work primarily with their QA and DevOps teams.
In this role you will be working right in the middle of their Software Development Lifecycle to create plans, monitor progress and co-ordinate releases. You will be responsible for managing resource across the QA cycle to ensure that releases are tested in line with required timescales. Working with the DevOps team you will be responsible for managing service and project workflows and making sure that backlog items are given the correct priority.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering projects on schedule including managing multiple complex software development projects in parallel. You will also be experienced using Agile methods in Software Development (Scrum, Kanban etc.). Experience of Jira/Confluence, Post-graduate project management qualifications (APM, Prince, Scrum etc.) and experience working on projects that contribute to open source is all desirable.

The Person:
*Experienced managing Software Development projects
*Experienced working in an Agile environment
*Jira/Confluence, Project management qualifications (e.g., Prince, APM) and experience of open-source projects is all desirable
*Must be commutable to Bristol
