QA Manager- Helsinki/remote- up to EUR6500 plus stock options My client is seeking a QA Manager to contribute to the product development and day-to-day delivery of a mission-critical SaaS offering. You will be working for the world's most advanced conversational digital advertising platform where clients use their platform to create, manage and optimise advertising.Responsibilities You will be setting standards for testing documentation and procedure across the company and product team which will be used to evaluate that a product is ready to releaseAssist project managers in setting up a testing strategyEnsuring time and resources are assigned for testingYou will collaborate on feature planning and provide metrics on the testing process, ensure features are released on time with quality standardsYou will identify risks and work with the appropriate product development owners to ensure critical and high-risk items are prevented prior to releaseHelp the actual testing work and build a team around it as the company growsYou're responsible for ensuring all of their services (Cloud, API, Creative Delivery, Reporting) are running smoothly on a daily basisTo ensure the highest quality level expectations are met, you will run surveys, interviews, and UX studies with clientsRequirements Passion for quality assurance of software productsExperience with a successful track record in software product areas building digital advertising SaaS platforms/similar softwareYou know how software development and maintenance processes work and how to ensure always-on high quality of the service and smooth launches of new featuresYou have an entrepreneurial driveWith your experience and planning skills, you can identify critical use cases and risks before they escalate, and if they do, you don't panic to ensure it gets resolved and can communicate with all stakeholders and clientsYou enjoy having fun!Founded in 2019, they are now looking to expand their team.
