CISO - Chief Information Security Officer - London - £185k - £200k - Remote WorkingA leading global Investment Banking organisation are looking for an experienced CISO to help them transform how Information & Cyber security is currently viewed across the business. Working closely with both the CIO, and The Board of Directors you will play a key role in shaping security across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Keeping abreast of developing security threats, and helping the team understand potential security problems that might arise from acquisitions or other big business moves.
Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and triage when something goes wrong and follow-up on those vulnerability reports.
Running bug bounty programs.
Ensuring that only authorized people have access to restricted data and systems.
Planning, buying, and rolling out security hardware and software, and making sure IT and network infrastructure is designed with best security practices in mind.
Determining what went wrong in a breach, dealing with those responsible if they're internal, and planning to avoid repeats of the same crisis.
Keeping ahead of security needs by implementing programs or projects that mitigate risks-regular system patches, for instance.
Experience:
Extensive Information Security expertise in a CISO level position.
Experience managing multi-million pound budgets.
Working with large teams in both the UK & Europe.
Experience in building teams, including SecOps, GRC, AppSec, CloudSec & Architecture
Very strong communication and the ability to communicate with various business units
Ability to lead and manage teams remotely.
Desire to talk at industry events, panel discussions, client presentations and represent the business internationally
Package:
Salary - £185k - £200k
Remote Working
Up to 20% Annual Bonus
