On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Project Manager for a 12 month remote based contract.As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:Day-to-day management and support for the IAPI Hub Operating model delivery.Leadership and coordination of the Operating model definition work to within the IAPI Hub.Change and Engineering CoE resource interface, supporting resourcing requirements and being a key liaison point for the IAPI into the CoE's.The management and orchestration of Training/Development and being the interface into Change and Engineering CoE.IAPI Organisation and team chart maintenance.Ways of Working support to include Value Stream mapping work and implementing best practice usage of toolsets to include (but not limited to) JIRA and Confluence.Implementation of appropriate management controls to enable pro-active identification, resolution and escalation of Risks and Issues across the IAPI Hub.Generation of accurate, relevant and timely reporting to enable progress to be tracked centrally.What we require from the candidate:Delivery of consistent communication of People & Culture for the IAPI Hub and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are fully engaged.To act as an interface into the wider ViewPoint engagement for the IAPI Hub.Manage performance of direct reports and setting performance objectives.Working knowledge of Project Processes and Controls.Working knowledge of Prince2 and relevant Project Management Accreditation.Proven understanding of the Full Project Lifecycle.Strong experience of people leadership and providing direction.Excellent organisation and planning skills.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.In applying for this role you acknowledge the following; this role falls in scope of Off Payroll working.
