This Senior / Principal DSP Systems and algorithms engineering vacancy is with a company developing innovative DSP, RF and Antenna technology for SATCOM modems, Positioning, Cellular communications, SDR etc. The successful candidate will join a growing division, with the close knit friendly feel of a start-up but the backing of a much larger multinational, and be responsible for the system design, development of signal processing algorithms for implementation in High Speed FPGA based platforms. Further responsibilities will grow in sync with the company and is planned for the role to evolve into the DSP Architect and Team lead for the company. You will have a solid education background (MsC, PhD, etc) in a relevant mathematical/engineering subject. Core knowledge and experience within algorithms development and simulations in areas such as Beamforming, Tracking, Detection Theory, Filters and Transforms from a high frequency communications technology (SatComs, 5G, LTE). A good understanding and appreciation of algorithm design for FPGA implementation.
