Company client is looking for a dynamic Service Transition Manager to lead on a global clients transformation programme. The role is focused on building both the short and long term road maps for the data centre services.

Skills required:

* Previous experience of working on multiple infrastructure projects
* Strong experience with service design, delivery and transition
* Any skills within creating a service catalogue, identifying technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Previous experience working with 3rd parties
* Any prior involvement with data centre projects would be advantageous but is not essential, however a minimum requirement of working with infrastructure based projects is a prerequisite
