We are searching for a Senior UX Designer, someone who is a highly skilled, software based, UX Designer, for an extremely exciting cloud-based solutions business based in Devon.The role is being offered on a remote and home-working basis, with occasional office visits, as and when required (exceedingly rare!). The initial contract duration will be for 6 months, and the contract is outside of IR35.This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your experience and work on exciting software development projects with a very innovative technology driven organisation. You will be working on one of our clients' brilliant products, helping to create a first-class solution which is used by thousands of customers worldwide!

The RoleAs a Senior UX Designer, you will help improve the usability and adoption of the product by developing and delivering exciting new User Experience and User Interface enhancements.You will engage with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and how to improve its continued use, using gathered insights to shape your design approach.Using your UX expertise, you will create design concepts, mock-ups and prototypes to validate product changes before they are implemented. You will also develop user journey maps to enable users to complete tasks efficiently.Additionally, you will:- Drive improved utilisation of value-add features.- Improve visual formatting and layouts, making the product more desirable to more users.- Create high fidelity designs and support development team implementation.- Implement a "build-measure-learn" process to determine how and why users respond to prospective and actual product changes.

About YouAs a Senior UX Designer, you will be able to demonstrate the following;- Extensive UX and UI experience within the software development industry (you will have a portfolio to highlight your past work).- Excellent communication skills.
