Business Change Programme Manager - Workday & ServiceNowLeeds, West Yorkshire with Remote / Flexible Working6 Month Contract A market-leading international business, currently going through a major business transformation programme, are in need of an accomplished Business Change Programme Manager with a strong track record in Workday and ServiceNow implementations within HR / People functions.

The Business Change Programme Manager will be responsible for driving major change programmes into the business, working closely with key non-technical stakeholders and business partners to make a positive impact during a complex business transformation programme. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Business Change Programme Manager will utilise their experience and skills to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, whilst working alongside HR operations teams across the full programme lifecycle. Business Change Programme Manager - Key Requirements: Highly experienced working at a Programme Manager level within business change / transformationExperienced working within or closely alongside HR / People business functionsStrong track record delivering change in large, highly complex organisationsExperience working with Workday and/or ServiceNow ERP platformsExcellent senior stakeholder management skillsExperience working within major acquisitions, mergers, or divestment programmes would be advantageous This will be based in Leeds, West Yorkshire - however the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and only travel to the office when required.
