AWS/GCP Cloud Architect - 100% Remote This is an amazing opportunity to work for the fastest growing cloud services firm in the US, a rapidly expanding AWS cloud consulting firm which is looking to hire several experienced AWS and GCP Cloud Practitioners. As an advanced AWS Consulting Partner, the business provides consulting services and AWS cloud transformation across multiple sectors, from strategy and design through to implementation and training. In this role, you will be a member of one of the DevOps implementation teams and will play a critical role in driving the architecture and implementation of AWS/GCP initiatives.Key responsibilities: Design enterprise cloud technical strategy, and define and document cloud solution architectureDeploy and support large scale enterprise level serverless architecturesDesign and develop automation whenever the opportunity arisesWriting Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormationDesign and implement automation pipelines for deployment into Google Cloud PlatformCreate scripts using AWS APIs to configure the hosting environmentBuild and deploy new versions of applications in the AWS/GCP hosting environmentThe ideal candidate will possess: At least 5 years of AWS and GCP experience Experience in programming in Python, Java, NodeJS, Bash or Ruby3+ years of implementing unit tests or automation frameworks3+ years of solution design/documentation and deployment experience with Google Cloud PlatformStrong understanding of Cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, YAML, and CloudFormationBenefits: Incredible health care coverage for you and your entire family 401(k) plan with company match with immediate vesting (7.5%)Long-term care insurance Expansive PTO program Monthly employee social eventsSupport to up skill and obtain certificationsAt this time - U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only We are looking for technically strong individuals who are comfortable being client facing and who can build strong relationships with customers.
