10-Month Fixed Term Contract

£80,000 per annum.

Are you a Site Manager looking for their next immediate start working for a market-leading Construction company on a contract basis?

My client, a leading construction firm based in the West Midlands, is recruiting for an immediately available, days-based, Site Manager to help with a commercial project worth £3.5m for the next ten months, on a fixed-term basis.

The project will consist in the construction of an office building which must be completed by the end of December this year. The Job will be based in the West Midlands. The Site Manager will have to report to the Managing Directors as well as the Quantity Surveyors on-site, presenting updates and filling out reports, ensuring the entire site is running smoothly.

The successful candidate must have a: CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, RAMS experience, First-Aid, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Occupational Health Awareness, Fire Warden, be IT literate, and PASMA. Due to the site being located near offices, the candidate will also have to be familiar with traffic management.

This a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to be involved on an 10-month contract with a market-leading construction company.

The Person:Immediately available for a 10month FTC based around the Tipton area.CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, RAMS experience, FirstAid, Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Occupational Health Awareness, Fire Warden, be IT literate, and PASMA.Commercial background.
