Maybe you are looking for your first step into agency web development or you already have experience and are ready for something new and exciting. Plus we operate a hybrid working model both collaboratively in the office and remotely from our own homes What's the role?  We are looking for a PHP Web Developer to work with our existing team and learn our CMS ‘MindType'.  You should be bright, resourceful and keen, with experience of building and maintaining websites across a variety of platforms. Working alongside our account team, our creatives and our dev team you will work on both new sites as well as supporting existing PHP based websites. This is a great opportunity for the right person to become an integral part of our team and to become a part owner of our agency We are working with a lot of exciting projects and enjoying the challenge of creating web solutions for a wide range of clients. You will work as part of a team to help plan and cost the best solutions for new briefs and work with the team throughout the specification process. We are open to different levels of PHP experience. What else do you need? Experience of marketing and agency life is beneficial but by no means essential. Working on a full-time basis with 32 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays) you'll share directly in the profits of the company (after a qualifying period), receive on-going training and enjoy regular socials. A clean manual driving licence is required.
