Client Delivery Lead - Presales / Implementation / Project Management £90K + Bonus + Bens

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who provide technology based marketing solutions within the retail, financial services and telecommunication industries. These are high profile products utilized by some of the biggest names in the industry. We are hiring for a Client Delivery Lead to focus on presales, client delivery/project management.

Role and Responsibilities:

           Pre-Sales/RFP Response - supporting a Country Lead or Account Owner in developing a client- specific proposal or in responding to an RFP
           Client Delivery - Managing the end-to-end delivery of the specific client implementation, from gathering high level requirement to oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed

All these activities follow a similar process:

           Engage the relevant business or client stakeholders to understand/define the outcomes for the initiative
           Understand the customer's business context, requirements, objectives, expectations etc
           Gather requirements and define user experience and technical architecture of a use case
           Identify product-specific and client-specific requirements
           Translate the outcomes into a set of Epics and User Stories
           Work with the Architect and Technical Delivery teams to develop solution options
           Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth
           Develop cost models (timeline, resources, budget) for the solution options
           Work with the team to develop a detailed Planning Estimate for the approved solution
           Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
           Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
           Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
           Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
           Manage the Sprint delivery process in partnership with the relevant Scrum Master and offshore Delivery Manager

Essential Skills and Experience
           Conduct discovery workshops and other requirements gathering techniques such as value stream mapping, impact mapping, process mapping and context diagrams
           Ability to understand and prioritise the requirements that have the highest value thus driving the goal of quick and continuous delivery to the client
           Ability to develop ROM and Planning Estimates that are used in making prioritisation decisions and in developing client proposals
           Experienced in managing backlog, daily stand-ups, Sprint Demos, User Acceptance Testing, and Sprint Retrospectives
           Experience/ understanding of web and mobile technologies, data analytics, Omni-channel customer engagement and similar digital solutions and capable of engaging cross-functional teams to draw out best solutions
           Experience of working in banking/ financial services/ insurance/ travel/ telco/technology sectors

           Up to £90K basic
           Up to 15% bonus
