One of the world's largest Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management and Consulting firms are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic business facing Project Manager, who will be primarily focused on business change rather than technical change. You will be expected to be based in the North of England, with our client having offices in Manchester, Wakefield and Leeds.As a Project Manager, you will need to have the ability to manage multiple workstreams across the whole business. You will also need to have experience in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring good relationships are maintained. System integration experience is pivotal for this role.The hiring manager has stated that they are looking for someone with real passion and energy who can make an instant impact. This is a permanent role, with the salary on offer being £55,000-£65,000. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and track progress of each project on a regular basis, re-prioritising as needed.Manage the inception and initiation of multiple projects, including the integration of acquisition.Keep the business appraised of progress. Obtain sufficient information to make well-informed and substantiated decisions.Act with integrity and sensitivity at all times, you will have access to confidential information, so discretion and the utmost professionalism is key. KEY SKILLSFinancial Services experience is essential for this role, in particular Insurance experience will be highly valued.Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across the business, ensuring good relationships are formed and kept.Integration experience/ systems migration is a key aspect of this role.Project Management PMP, MSP or Prince 2 certification is beneficial. Business degree or similar would be an advantage although equivalent experience will be considered. The company are keen for you to bring new ideas in a Project Manager capacity, allowing you to have an influential impact in this role. As a Project Manager dealing with integration, you will be expected to travel to sites 15-20% of the time dependant on where integration is required, with the rest of the work being performed through a hybrid working system. This is all dependant on the current government guidelines and you will be expected to travel when requested to the offices aforementioned (Manchester, Wakefield, Leeds).
