UI / UX Designer London / WfH to £57k

UI / UX Designer / Product Designer (Figma / Sketch HCI) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a creative UI / UX Designer looking to progress your career in a product focussed tech company?

You could be joining a pioneering knowledge-search technology scale-up that are experiencing great success and growing as a result.

As a UI / UX Designer you'll partner with business users to understand their requirements, prototype and design new product features and continually iterate to deliver the best possible solution. You'll be able to take ownership, define and lead the vision for end-to-end customer experience (B2B); plan and execute research to understand motivations, habits and workflows and build features across the ecosystem of products and services, both internal and client facing.

You'll join a friendly and supportive team based in the City Monday to Wednesday and work from home Thursdays and Fridays in a hybrid model; there's a supportive environment with training allowance and 10% personal development time.

Requirements:

You have a genuine enthusiasm for all things UI / UX and building top quality products

You have up to date knowledge of design best practice

You have strong experience with tools such as Figma and/ or Sketch

You enjoy tackling ambiguous design problems, combining both intuitive and analytical thinking

You're collaborative with strong communication skills

You have achieved a BA / BSc / MA in HCI, Information Systems or Computer Science

As a UI / UX Designer you will earn a competitive salary (to £57k) plus bonus and benefits.
