Business Intelligence Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will take ownership of the client's data warehouse and systems ensuring that the business has the most up to date and proficient data available to inform decision making processes and longer-term strategy. We are moving fast but we are thorough. The role of Business Intelligence Manager will play a crucial part in our ambitious plans in 2022 and beyond. Responsibilities To ensure data is being correctly gathered and processedReporting data findings to the leadership teamWorking alongside functional heads to ensure they have accurate dataDevelop robust methodologies to improve data analysis and reportingOwnership of the companies KPI dashboardsContinually develop the company data warehouseUse company and industry data to provide strategic insightProfile

Experience in an analytical roleAdvanced knowledge of Tableau, Desktop and Online environment (LOD functions etc)Very strong PostgreSQL skills (sub-queries, window functions, JSON data format etc)Knowledge of Hubspot Data Management including workflow building & automationGood understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, LTV, AOV etc)Experience in implementing robust methodologies to ensure high data quality, including technical documentationAbility to gather and understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them into dataAbility to identify opportunities to optimise data processing, automation and interpretationUltimately you will be guiding and shaping all future decisions of the business through analysis and recommendation, a huge position of influence awaits you.
