Job Title: ICT Support and Development AdministratorLocation: CardiffSalary: £25,000 per annumJob type: full time 12 Month Fixed term ContractClosing Date: 4th February 2022Would you like to work for a vibrant and responsive regulated awarding body creating and awarding qualifications for learners of all ages?They're a charitable trust and social enterprise which works in partnership to promote learning, widen opportunity and enable progression.As an awarding body, they are committed to recognising learner achievement through units and qualifications which are flexible and responsive to the needs of individuals and communities.They are currently looking to recruit a ICT Support and Development Administrator who will assist with the maintenance and development of Agored Cymru ICT systems, online services and hardwareThe RoleDevelop and maintain the Agored Cymru website, online services and applications. assist in the maintenance of existing systems using HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, JavaScript.assist the development of new and existing systemsWork with internal and external colleagues to maximise the effective use of online services to support business and governance processes.support colleagues to embed developed systems into processes by ensuring all colleagues are aware of developments and familiar with their use and benefits.assist the development of new and existing systemsSupport Agored Cymru in capturing and maintaining reliable and complete data in line with processes. recognise processes and tasks where data capture is less effective and suggest improvements.Assist the management and maintenance of SQL Server databases and infrastructure.Develop and maintain business intelligence reports. maintain and develop existing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.develop new SSRS reports to meet changing business needsThe Candidate:The post holder will plan and perform network/workstation development and maintenance. including installing and configuring hardware for desktop PCs, laptops, servers and networking devices. The post holder will also install and deploy server and client software.
