About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity in our growing team for a Digital Manager - Offsite to play a pivotal role in growing and optimising our email channel and offsite digital marketing activity. Using insight and data you'll drive test and learn activities to our customer and broker audiences, presenting findings to stakeholders and continuously improving email performance. With both a creative and critical eye, you'll manage our emails to ensure high standards of brand consistency and usability. You'll play a critical role in fresh ringing new ideas on email and digital marketing to move the Society's engagement and acquisition plans forward. About You
You'll have several years' experience of managing B2C and B2B email engagement plans and proven success in growing a high profile email channel.
Passionate about results driven digital marketing, you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose change. You'll be confident managing relationships and influencing stakeholders, able to use data and insight to shape campaign optimisation, and have experience of managing and using email broadcast and reporting tools such as Acoustic.
