Job title - Capital Management Project ManagerLocation - LondonStart date - ASAPPay Rate - £632.50 PAYE or £811 Umbrella per dayContract - 12 Months The Capital Management Project Manager role is required to lead and drive the end to end project management of initiatives within the GT2025 Capital Management Workstream scope. This Includes:Defining and owning the Workstream plan covering all GT2025 Capital Management initiatives. This includes project planning, resource planning, and dependencies managementDrive the delivery of the Workstream to agreed planManage the resourcing and financials of the Workstream according to agreed headcount and budgetIdentify and manage dependencies with other teams delivering into the Workstream plan. This includes dependencies to partner functions (e.g. HOST team, Operations team) and other programmesWorking with the Programme Office to establish effective project controls for the WorkstreamReporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to programme leadership and steering committees as appropriate and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisationProvide visible leadership to maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives, where appropriate, and to the change portfolio across Global Treasury The role holder will be reporting to the GT2025 Programme Manager and delivering to the Global Capital Management team, both within the Global Treasury function.The role holder will work as part of GT2025 Programme Delivery team and has high level of flexibility to consult with Senior Management at Group and Regional levelThe role holder may be assisted by Business Analysts or other PMsThe Global Treasury team and stakeholders are globally distributed. The role holder needs to have effective management of time to work across multiple disciplines, timezones, etc Technical Skill RequirementsStrong Project Management skill covering the whole project lifecycle from initiation to closureStrong understanding of Treasury or Markets Treasury or ALCM business, with ability to translate complex concepts into programme artefactsGood understanding of systems and data architecture in Treasury, risk or Finance environments, with ability to speak bridge the communication between business stakeholders and Technology team Educational RequirementsEducated to minimum of degree level or equivalent professional qualificationPersonal Skill RequirementsStrong execution and problem solving skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to present information in a professional manner, including preparing documents for review by C-level audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to C-level audiencesPersonal ownership of target and resolution of issuesHigh degree of motivation and commitmentAbility to deal with change in role and working environmentTeam player and able to manage conflict and conflicting prioritiesAbility to provide direction to more junior colleaguesAbility to drive delivery in a changing landscapeExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Financial servicesProject Experience across both internal reporting and regulatory requirements, with experience of Liquidity or IRRBB or Capital Management or Markets Treasury systems and processesExperience in change management, driven by IT systems implementation or enhancement, across a large organisation is a mustExperience in people management is highly preferableExperience in communications and providing information to senior stakeholders (mininum to Managing Director level) is a must
