In this role, you will act as a lead for the design, definition, development & integration of global /regional/ local Enterprise, HR and Finance Applications.Client DetailsA well know in brand in the industry.DescriptionYou'll be leading, collaborating, managing, participating & approving the design of application solutions & enhancements for their functional area of responsibility within our HR and Finance functions.Within this role, you will have an opportunity to oversee & lead application project teams within an assigned business area. You'll use your extensive technology functional knowledge, combined with strong knowledge of best practices & business processes to drive to the best solution from a people, process & technology perspective. Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements, assess available solutions, recommend options & implement solutions. Developing process and functional specifications for deploying new functions or changes in the applications & systems landscapeActs as a solution lead for the global/regional/local deployment of applications, actively engaged in service and solution detailed design, participates in and/or oversees build and test of services and solutions as appropriateResponsible for working with 3rd party partners and is a key design authority for global/regional/local application development items in their area of expertise and ultimately accountable for the development of organisations enterprise application environmentsProvides knowledge and understanding of the existing application landscape. Key design build and/or run authority for development items within area of expertise. Plans and manages the evaluation of software development processesActively develops and enhances his/her application knowledge through training, networking & participation in application User GroupsProfileProven IT experience implementing application solutions, with experience managing & implementing application systems in a complex multinational environmentYou'll implemented SAP Finance or have experience in developing SAP FinanceYou'll be experienced in designing and configuring at least 3 of the following AP, AR, COPA, Tax, Cost/Profit Centre Management, Journal Reconciliation, Duty, Treasury, Asset ManagementExperience of Payroll beneficialDemonstrable understanding of standard package-based application solutions with ability to apply best practices to create scalable, resilient & agile application solutions.Strategic knowledge of systems development lifecycle, and typical problems associated with implementation of information systems.Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.Self-motivated, takes initiative & able to operate at a strategic level, yet is still hands-on enough to design & develop solutions & guide team membersStrong leadership, communication, team/project management skills including Experienced in People, Resource & Vendor ManagementJob OfferA salry of up-to £70,000 with addition to excellent company benefits.
