Analyst Programmer London / WfH to £110k

Analyst Programmer (Python SQL) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a data savvy Analyst Programmer with strong Python and SQL development skills and experience of Front Office investor environments?

You could be progressing your career in a senior role at a hugely profitable Asset Management firm with multiple trillion dollars under management.

As an Analyst Programmer you will collaborate closely with the Investor team to build tactical solutions within an RAD environment. You will scope each mini-project, gather requirements, carryout systems, data analysis and data source discovery and develop data solutions, coding primarily in Python. You'll work closely with investment professionals as a trusted advisor, providing Application Support, answering technical questions, quick solutions and pro-actively identifying opportunities for improved methods and approaches to support investment processes.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home in a hybrid model with 2 days in the London office and 3 days work from home.

Requirements:

You're able to code with Python and have used libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib

You have strong SQL Server experience

You have a good understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, swaps, options, futures, forwards, derivatives, FX and Investment Data concepts such as holdings, transactions, analytics and performance attribution

You have a good knowledge of statistics and data analysis

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
