2nd Line Support Engineer

London // Remote UK

£25,000 - £35,000 + Wellness Allowance + Pension + 28 days holiday (plus 8 Bank holidays) + Flexible work hours

Excellent opportunity for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join an innovative RegTech company where you will learn new technologies and progress as the company expands.

This company are a rapidly expanding start up who specialise in Biometric Artificial Intelligence, they pride themselves on utilising cutting edge technology and creating a highly motived and autonomous working environment.

In this role you will maintain and test infrastructure services. You will provide clients with 2nd line technical support, escalating technical issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM platforms, and will be confident working in a service desk environment. You will have experience with Networking and any knowledge of AWS or GitHub is desirable.

The Role:

*Monitoring an Maintaining existing systems

*Providing 2nd line support to clients

*Escalating queries

*Recommending technologies and best practises

*100% remote, Hybrid or office based working available

The Person:

*Experience working in a service desk environment

*Good Knowledge of Networking

*Keen to upskill and learn new technologies

*Confident in a client facing role

*Experience with AWS, Githhub
