Agile Delivery Manager Kingston-upon-Thames to £70k

Agile Delivery Manager *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Delivery Manager? You could be progressing your career and making an impact.

As an Agile Delivery Manager you'll lead one or more multi-disciplinary Agile software engineering teams (Agile Squads) across the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivering the vision and objectives with a particular focus on real-time airline and accommodation booking systems. You'll be instrumental in shaping ways of working, innovation and continuous delivery, supporting the team via stakeholder collaboration to ensure the team have clarity on goals. You'll remove blockers, manage dependencies, issues and risks, reporting to the team on progress, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The company has continued to invest in technology throughout the past year and is in a good position for continued growth.

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in the coming months you'll join colleagues in Kingston-upon-Thames for 2-3 days a week with continued flexibility to work from home.

Requirements:

You have experience in a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master / Project Manager position

You're able to cultivate high performing Agile software engineering teams

You have experience of multiple, concurrent running Agile teams / squads of software engineers and QA testers developing software

You have experience of leading, planning and estimating across the squads

You're able to demonstrate improvements you've made to Agile teams / squads and ways of working

You have a good knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

You have advanced written and verbal communication skills; you're pragmatic and keen to develop others
