About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Projects/Installation Manager with experience in the Construction Industry to join our ISO9001 & ISO45001 accredited, expanding business.
Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a Projects/Installations Manager to manage a wide range of projects between £5k - £500k nationwide, we seek an applicant that thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This position is a hands-on role within our Operations team, performing a central role between internal and external stakeholders. The position demands excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
You'll be actively driving and leading across projects that are constantly developing and changing, and you'll be updating the relevant stakeholders accordingly which vary in level of seniority; therefore, you'll need to be able to adapt your approach and communication style as required.
We're looking for an engaging and personable character that will build relationships with ease across the business and our customers.
The position will require a good understanding of the varied construction contracts/law .
Although this is an Office based role it will require regular travel to meet with our customers/contractors and ensure sites are suitable and ready for our product installations, pool car available as required and an excellent package including company benefits.
Essential Duties and Respnsibilities
Develop Project Strategy in line with Company objectives.
Work with Sales and Finance/ Company Secretary on Contract Review and Pre-Start Meetings.
Manage project and installation activities, people, resources, and budgets
Monitor and report on effectiveness of project/installation strategy
Actively manage all customer projects and installations within the business
Ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Work with Compliance /H&S Manager to prepare H&S Documentation for site teams.
As required visit site to assess/agree work plan / timelines and to assess H & S issues .
Chair Project Meetings
Monitor projects spend against budget and by robust management ensure that any cost variances are re- charged to the main contractor
Ensure service, maintenance and aftercare is delivered as needed.
Hire site equipment and tools as needed (manage on and off hire process)
Document and report non-conformances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Proven experience within the construction industry and understanding of the working practices and Contractual relationship between a Specialist Sub-Contractor and the Main Contractor.
A very strong work ethic
