Enterprise Analyst

Bristol / Part Remote

£40,000 - £47,000 + 10% Bonus + 6% Pension + 32 days Holiday

This company have been in operation for over 100 years and supply services to over 1.1 million people. They utilise the latest technology and some of the most sophisticated IT systems to ensure optimum performance for their customers and clients.

In this role you will lead the journey of setting up a process repository on Enterprise Architecture platform by working with Business directors to understand their business processes and systems they use to evaluate technology options and recommend suitable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience applying Business Analysis techniques such as SWOT, BPM or similar. You will also have an awareness of technical terminology and have the ability to grasp how developers and testers utilise various tools and technology to create solutions. Any experience with MS SQL or ABACUS would be beneficial.

The Role:

*Recommending solutions and technology options

*Develop workflows on BPM tools

*Using business analysis and BPE methods to produce timely, high-quality deliverables

*Part Remote Working - 2 days in the office 3 from home

The Person:

*Experience of applying Business Analysis techniques such as SWOT and BPM

*Demonstratable ability to develop a deep understanding of business needs, the processes used, and technology

*Knowledge of SQL and MS Office

*Certifications in IAP, BCS or similar is beneficial but not essential
