What we're looking for

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

Hands on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Exposure to Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud a bonus.

Comfortable interacting with all levels of stakeholders

Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective and scalable solutions

Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce platform

Organised: High level of organisational and prioritisation skills

Communication: Excellent communication skills

Accountable: you take ownership of the path to production, and the operational quality of the product.

Delivery focused: you identify and act on opportunities to increase throughput without compromising on quality. You are able to work around temporary impediments are remain productive.

Collaborative: you pro-actively liaise with other teams to set best practice, share knowledge and ensure early identification and resolution of dependencies and impediments.

Thorough: you consider the full-picture, and understand that details can matter.

Calm: you're positive under pressure and happy to take the lead in challenging times.
