The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of IT Performance Manager in the Digital, Commercial and Information Directorate (DCID).
This is an exciting time to be joining DCID which brings together professional experts in digital technology, commercial services, security, information management and operational process transformation to deliver high quality services to the CPS. Our new mission is clear. We will build positive partnerships across the criminal justice system and with our colleagues, to implement innovative ways of working, reduce corporate risk, improve user experience, and enable colleagues to successfully deliver their business.
Service Management is at the heart of the CPS IT service delivery and we focus on maximising the value of our multi-supplier IT provision, ensuring the changing IT landscape seamlessly meets the needs of our end users, and continually delivers service excellence. We are seeking an experienced IT Performance Manager who can see the bigger picture and investigate how to get the best out of underlying services through data analysis. The postholder will understand the concept of data being fit for purpose and know the right questions to ask to ensure data quality is maintained.
You will have opportunities to develop your career further, including using your Individual Learning Account (ILA) to attend training courses and get the chance to shadow colleagues to gain different perspectives. You will be supported in your progression with access to various promotion opportunities.
