This is a newly created role in the IT Department. The primary purpose will be to offer second-line support to the User Support Officer, and to support the work of the Systems Administrator, where you would play a significant part in maintaining and improving the College IT Services. You would also work with the Development Team to ensure that the web server infrastructure is fully maintained, as well as helping develop solutions for automation of administrative tasks.
