ERP Support Manager (Dynamics NAV/ D365 BC)Job DescriptionActively seeking an enthusiastic Support Manager, with experience in Dynamics NAV/ ERP systems, for an exciting live role with an expanding UK Microsoft Gold Partner. This is a great opportunity to apply prior ERP/ NAV support management expertise in a forward thinking, fast paced team environment - leading a team of support analysts to provide the best quality support to an interesting client base.The role will involve a mix of home and office based work, with the requirement to manage my clients support team based at head office in Sheffield.

Role & ResponsibilitiesDay to day management and coordination of the Dynamics NAV/ D365 BC support teamRunning the service desk function - allocating resources to support tickets, and coordinating troubleshooting/ triage of support issues in a timely mannerHands on support work where necessary at 2nd/ 3rd line levelLine management of support analysts, conducting on-going training/ mentorship responsibilitiesWorking closely with key stakeholders to ensure best process is continously improved and implemented

Skills & QualificationsSolid understanding of ERP systems, ideally Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business CentralSupport team management experience within a solution provider environmentExcellent communication/ leadership skills - analytical and consultative approach to support managementAbility and willingness to perform hands on support, as well delivering process improvements where necessaryBenefitsA competitive base salary up to £45,000 (flexible based on skill set)Company bonus schemeFull certified product training in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralEmployee perks/ incentive scheme, company days, 25 days holiday, pension/ health planInterested in a fresh challenge for 2022?
