As a Digital Analytics Manager you will be tasked to lead a team of digital analytics experts across eCommerce, Trading and Digital Product. Driving digital analytical expertise through the Group function and across the seven pan EMEA retailers within the Group.
Responsibilities include:
Lead a Digital Analytics Centre of Excellence for the Group. Help our digital analysts develop, build a community, drive forward our progress in Digital Analytics. Evangelise the power of digital analytics and empower functions to get the most out of this through Self Serve or tailored analytics
Support the development of a Data function and community, across analytics, data science and data platform
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to provide best in class analytics and environments
Partner with the Product tagging team to drive tagging quality improvements and build a roadmap for consistency across our retailers
Use your passion for analytics and digital to deliver insights which drive decision-making across the organisation, including Digital Product Experience, Digital Marketing, Commercial and Digital Performance
Partner with the Group Head of Data Analytics to lead the vision for the Group, building a roadmap on key deliverables and prioritising with our partners and aligned to our business strategy
Represent the best use of digital data and methodologies to teams and partners across the business
Articulate ideas which demonstrate a clear path to implementation and business value / growth
Ensure there are working feedback loops to take data and insights from single projects to then scale across retailers and markets
Be the champion of Digital and Web analytics. Embed data analytics and detailed experimentation methods in our product development and commercial operations
Take a leading role in the ongoing developments in the digital landscape; including but not limited to consent mode; cookieless world; browser / mobile measurement changes; regulatory frameworks (pan EMEA)
Experience managing a team of mixed level analysts, supporting their analytical development and delivery
Significant experience in digital analytics; across eCommerce and digital product
Expertise in Google Analytics/Data Studio/Tag Manager/Big Query
Expertise in reporting packages (Data Studio/ Power BI/Tableau), databases (SQL etc), Web Tagging (Google Tag Manager)
Very solid understanding of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Expert in data visualisation and story telling, with compelling action orientated insight and to all levels of seniority
Significant experience in A/B test design, measurement and interpretation
Excellent senior stakeholder management and teamwork skills
Proactive, motivated and able to encourage others
